Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns and Exchange Details :
Each piece of Salt Bijoux jewellery is carefully handmade to order for every customer. Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items (unless they are faulty) :
- Custom made pieces
- Earrings for hygiene reasons
Conditions of Return or Exchange :
All items must be sent back unworn in their original gift box or packaging in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Postage and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Once your item has been received by us, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing of the refund or exchange.
All of our jewellery comes beautifully wrapped in high quality Salt Bijoux packaging.
To add a free card with a handwritten note, please just let me know during checkout and this will be added to your order.
If you are purchasing a present and would like to add a gift box with luxury ribbon then please select the gift wrapping option for an additional 2€.
