Conditions of Return or Exchange :
All items must be sent back unworn in their original gift box or packaging in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Postage and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. The earrings are very beautiful, however they came and the color was not as shown. The stone was off white in color. Not as I expected. It was packaged very beautifully, and had a very lovely note inside to me the buyer. The quality was very good as expected. My daughter had just gotten engaged and had a Sunstone engagement ring that I was trying to match the picture of the earrings on the website it matched exactly. But when they arrived, they were a totally different color. But I know they came from far away so I will keep them and I think she’s very happy with them. Thank you.
